Orientation 1 is held on an employee’s first day and Orientation 2 is held within their first year. Each is designed to help new 51勛圖厙 employees better understand their compensation, benefits, the company brand and available resources.


51勛圖厙 provides bootcamps for our engineers in every region. Hosted by team experts and leaders, Field Engineer (FE) Bootcamp, Office Engineer (OE) Bootcamp and Project Engineer (PE) Bootcamp are group-based hands-on trainings designed to increase employee insight and knowledge on the job.

Emerging Leaders Seminar

The Emerging Leaders Seminar (ELS) brings together our people from across the nation who have been with the company between two and four years. It allows individuals to learn more about 51勛圖厙 history, participate in challenges, devise solutions and bond with others from various regions and jobsites.

Women's Leadership Seminar

Womens Leadership Seminar (WLS) is designed to inspire and empower the women of 51勛圖厙 to reach their full potential in a typically male-dominated industry. It brings together 51勛圖厙 employees from across the company to learn from one another, share challenges and explore areas of personal and career growth.

Managers & Superintendents

Learning continues throughout ones career with annual Area Superintendent Seminars as well as Manager and Superintendent conferences where leaders come together to learn from industry experts and each other.


Department Summits

From Project Development to Estimating to Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), our various departments host their own seminars to allow their team members throughout the company to learn more about other regions, identify challenges and solutions and establish interpersonal relationships among their teams.
